We ask that you plan accordingly to pick up your pup within 30 minutes of our phone call. Pick ups after 30 minutes may be charged a late fee of $5.00 per 15 minutes. We thank you for your understanding and respect of our time.

Vaccinations

For the safety of your dog, other clients and the groomers, your dog must be up to date on their shots; Rabies, Bordetella, Distemper. Physical copies must be presented prior to your dog's visit. We strongly suggest you keep you dog up to date on flea and tick prevention.

Matted Policy

If your dog is matted they may need shaved. We understand this is a scary word but when it comes to the safety of the dog, removal of the painful matting is our top priority. If your dog is pelted (one solid mat covering a large section or the majority of the dog's body) you may be asked to sign a waiver stating you understand the severity of your dog's condition and the risks involved in removing the dangerous matting.

Old Age

Old souls are very special. They often require more time and patience during the grooming process. Sometimes some lumps and bumps get in the way, sometimes confusion gets the best of them. Due to the risks involved you may be asked to sign a waiver stating you understand we will do our best to keep your pup safe, thus possibly not completing a full groom, nicking a mole, or simply completing a comfort groom (safety over looks).

Puppy Policy

Puppies are so much FUN! It is very exciting to see bouncy, happy-go-lucky dogs come in for a visit. We ask you bring your pup in at 3 months old for a puppy visit (the age when they are able to get their rabies vaccination) to acclimate them to the groom shop as early as possible. This can help ensure a safe and happy future for them on any grooming table! Please see my Puppy Plan in Services.
